Change of Mind or Incorrect Sizing
If you have a change of mind or you’ve received an item in the incorrect size, you have the option to return the product to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, including the postage fees.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in “as new” condition, with no signs of wear, use, installation, or damage.
- It should be returned in its original packaging, which must be in perfect condition, including all tags still attached.
- The return should be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Upon receipt and assessment of the returned product, we will issue you a store credit that can be used for future purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe that a product you purchased is defective, please contact us promptly at motorrad@canberrabmwmotorrad.com.au, providing details about the product and the specific defect you’ve encountered. To initiate the return process for the potentially defective item, you can send it to the following address:

Once we receive the returned product, our team will thoroughly examine it. We will then notify you via email within a reasonable period of time to confirm whether you are entitled to a replacement due to the defect. If you are eligible for a replacement, we will promptly send you the new product.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and provide a full refund. However, if the order has already been dispatched, the return policy mentioned above will apply.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for items. If you need a different size or product, you can return the original item following the above guidelines and then use the store credit issued to make a new purchase.
International Returns
For customers returning items from international locations, kindly ensure that all necessary customs declarations and duties are taken care of. We cannot be held responsible for any customs-related fees or issues that may arise during the return process.
